Summary:
inFORME healthcare is growing and is seeking a part time Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to serve as a Medical Director in a skilled rehab setting working with a well-established and prestigious group known for stellar track record in clinical outcomes.
This opportunity is part time at a very busy Inpatient Skilled Rehab Center in South Bend, IN. Weekly coverage of 1- 2 days per week. Shifts averaging 2-3 hours dependent on efficiency. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times and flexible choice of rounding days per week. There is full time APP support to assist with managing patients daily, addressing real time status changes, new admission preparation and call. Additionally, we offer a very robust per visit compensation that earns an average of $200-$250/ hour. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with. Great opportunity for off week rotation.
The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient centered, compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements:
- Must be board certified or board eligible internal medicine or family medicine.
- Full Indiana Medical Licensure or ability to apply.
