Server
Min. Wage + Tips | Seasonal with Potential for Long-Term Employment
Note: Restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day but all other holidays are required availability
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team for our busy holiday season, with the potential for long-term employment.
Our ideal Server genuinely enjoys taking care of people and understands that great service is about more than simply taking orders. You are someone who loves creating memorable experiences, building relationships with guests, working alongside a strong team, and bringing a positive attitude to every shift.
During busy service, our Servers need to stay calm, move with purpose, communicate clearly, and support one another. We are looking for someone who is motivated, team-oriented, fun-loving, dependable, and committed to WOWing our guests every day.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, helping create a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and anticipate their needs whenever possible.
- Make thoughtful recommendations, including upselling, cross-selling, and promoting daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Open and properly serve wine when requested.
- Run food and drinks for teammates and actively support the entire service team.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and fellow servers regarding guest needs and special requests.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service.
- Complete all assigned sidework thoroughly and on time.
- Help keep service areas clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
- Work together as a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, especially during busy periods.
- Step in to help teammates when needed—because we believe great service is a team effort.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuine desire to make things right.
- Create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued, cared for, and excited to return.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of serving experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality setting.
- A genuine love of hospitality and taking care of guests.
- A consistently positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- A team-first mindset—you are willing to help your teammates even when something isn't technically "your job."
- Ability to remain composed, friendly, and professional during busy rushes.
- Confidence recommending menu items, specials, and beverages.
- A desire to continuously improve and provide outstanding guest service.
The Right Fit
The right person for this position understands that hospitality is an attitude, not just a job description. You enjoy interacting with people, take pride in your work, and care about the details that make a guest's experience special.
You don't wait to be asked to help. You notice when a teammate needs support, when a table needs attention, or when sidework needs to be done—and you take care of it.
Most importantly, you bring positive energy, teamwork, and genuine care for our guests to every shift.
If you are an experienced Server who takes pride in providing exceptional service, enjoys being part of a team, and loves making guests feel welcome and cared for, we'd love to meet you.
