Senior Solutions Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in United States.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of a sophisticated technical interviewing platform.
You’ll bridge technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and customer partnership across the full client lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization.
Working closely with engineering, content, data, and go-to-market teams, you’ll design solutions that align technical capabilities with complex hiring objectives.
You’ll analyze performance data, calibrate assessment approaches, and translate insights into recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.
The role combines hands-on solution design with executive-level engagement, requiring you to build trust with technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
You’ll also contribute to improving internal customer operations and identifying innovative ways to create additional value for enterprise clients.
This is a fully remote opportunity with up to 20% travel for strategic client meetings and industry events.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing credibility as a subject-matter expert and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with software engineering and technical teams to understand clients’ hiring processes, performance requirements, and business objectives, ensuring accurate solution alignment.
  • Support the full customer lifecycle, from prospect engagement and technical solution presentations through implementation, optimization, and ongoing strategic partnership.
  • Present technical solutions to prospective enterprise clients as a trusted technical subject-matter expert.
  • Architect and implement initial interview frameworks tailored to the requirements and objectives of each enterprise client.
  • Conduct regular strategic business and performance reviews to assess alignment with customer goals and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable guidance.
  • Analyze complex performance data and collaborate with Content and Data teams to calibrate assessment metrics and identify meaningful insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that improve customer outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams throughout the customer journey to ensure consistent technical alignment and successful solution delivery.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to improve internal Customer Operations and go-to-market processes and create additional value for enterprise clients.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed for strategic face-to-face client meetings, enterprise engagements, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions or deployment engineering, SaaS/technical/financial services consulting with a technical implementation focus, software engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated success serving as a strategic advisor during client onboarding, including building trusted relationships, making thoughtful recommendations, and guiding customers through complex implementation processes.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and the ability to use technical and performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Significant client-facing experience working with technical customers and engineering stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and architect solutions that align technical capabilities with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to customer strategy and solution optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data, content, customer operations, and go-to-market functions.
  • Demonstrated ownership, strategic thinking, and ability to operate effectively in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states: Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Base salary varies by geographic location:
    • GeoLo 2: $130,500–$148,500 USD.
    • GeoLo 3: $116,000–$132,000 USD.
    • GeoLo 4: $101,500–$115,500 USD.
  • Geographic compensation tiers are based on market data and regional economic factors and may be adjusted periodically.
  • Up to 20% travel opportunity for strategic enterprise meetings and industry events.
