Job Description:

Job Summary:

The purpose of the Supervisor, Operation Services Concierge is to help enable our Operation Services Concierge to provide an unparalleled customer experience for our JSX passengers through efficient, uniformed and consistent service.

Responsibilities/Day in the Life Tasks:

  • Responsible for fostering an environment where the team can thrive by balancing accountability with positive reinforcement, ensuring high morale and a supportive work culture.
  • Responsible or maintaining up-to-date knowledge of systems, products, policies, and regulations to effectively assist, guide, and set their team up for success in daily operations.
  • Review and approve time cards to ensure accuracy, including verifying hours worked, overtime, and any necessary adjustments before payroll deadlines.
  • Assist managers in maintaining the daily schedule, including adjusting coverage for call-outs, to ensure smooth operations and adequate staffing.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team has all the tools, resources, and support needed to perform their duties effectively and efficiently, and for notifying the manager if anything is missing or additional assistance is required.
  • Responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes reviewing operational processes, safety protocols, and documentation to identify and address any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring all assigned checklists are completed accurately and on time, verifying that tasks are performed to standard and addressing any missed items promptly.
  • Responsible for ensuring crewmembers complete all required training, including new and recurrent programs, by monitoring compliance, providing support, and managing deadlines to maintain operational readiness.
  • Responsible for maintaining performance tracking, monitoring team metrics, and providing regular feedback to support continuous improvement and development
  • Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are stocked, accounted for, and readily available to support daily operations.
  • Responsible for planning the ramp for the entirety of their shift, including determining where planes will park, resources to work flights to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Required:

Experience-

  • High School Degree
  • 2 years Airport Operations Experience
  • 4 years of interactive with Customers/People delivering services face to face

Licenses & Certifications-

  • Must possess a valid Drivers License for operating ground support equipment

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-

  • Ability to maintain a cool calm collected manner with facing a stressful situation
  • Must be able to make decisions that reflect the safety and integrity of the organization based on our values
  • Always able to meet a negative with a positive
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge MS Office, Google Business Solutions

Preferred:

Experience-

  • College Degree
  • 4 years of Airport Operations Experience

Licenses & Certifications-

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel often
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of standing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines
  • In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.

Compensation Range:

$22.8 - $28.0
