Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-value client relationships, and leading sales and account coordination efforts across domestic and international markets. This role combines strategic sales leadership, relationship management, and team development, with a strong emphasis on managing large portfolios, penetrating new markets, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across key accounts and new markets.
    • Consistently achieve high-ranking sales performance through disciplined pipeline management and relationship building.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including international and emerging markets.
  • Account & Relationship Management

    • Manage and coordinate accounts for large, multi-national corporate clients.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing customized solutions and exceptional customer service.
    • Oversee complex financial or service portfolios with significant monetary value.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy

    • Lead initiatives to enter and grow presence in international markets, including Latin America.
    • Build and maintain strategic networks connecting internal teams, partners, retailers, and external stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and client needs to inform sales and product strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Supervise, coach, and motivate sales or account management teams to exceed performance goals.
    • Support staff development through training, performance management, and mentoring.
    • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
  • Financial & Portfolio Management

    • Oversee large asset portfolios, including deposits, loans, or investment accounts, with strong attention to risk and return.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, banking, consulting, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of high sales performance and portfolio growth.
  • Experience managing large, complex client accounts and high-value portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Demonstrated success working with senior executives and multinational organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in international sales or market expansion, particularly in Latin American markets.
  • Background in financial services, banking, or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, merchandising, and marketing strategy.
