Job Description

Halls Chophouse Columbia is seeking experienced Line Cooks with a background in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or professional kitchens to join our team full time. This role is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their station, execute with precision, and thrive in a high-performance, team-driven environment.

Who You Are

  • You have minimum 3+ years of experience in fine dining, steakhouse, or professional kitchens (preferred)
  • You can work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends
  • You perform confidently and efficiently in busy, high-pressure services
  • You are detail-oriented, disciplined, and take pride in consistency
  • You bring a team-first mindset and communicate effectively in the kitchen
  • You are dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards every shift
  • You are seeking full-time hours and long-term growth with a respected hospitality group

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • Maintain full ownership of your station while supporting teammates as needed
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple stations to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
  • Complete prep, service, and closing duties independently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally during high-volume service
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence
