This role is a highly technical and client-facing consulting position focused on designing, building, and delivering innovative integration and automation solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, working directly with clients to translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures. The position blends software engineering expertise with consultative problem-solving in a fast-paced Professional Services environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency. It is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work across diverse projects while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape service delivery. - Partner directly with customers to design, implement, and support technical solutions, including complex system integrations and automation workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring alignment with customer goals and platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, ensuring high-quality delivery and minimal service disruption.
- Build and maintain integrations between core platforms and client systems while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Act as a technical advisor to internal teams, contributing to best practices, solution design, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services leadership to improve solution scoping and Statement of Work accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, database reporting, or solution development.
- 7–10+ years of experience in technical services, IT consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong experience designing and implementing system integrations and enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Competitive base salary estimated between $130,000 – $150,000.
