This is a high-impact operational coordination role supporting senior technology and go-to-market leaders within a fast-moving enterprise SaaS environment. You will act as a central execution partner, ensuring leadership teams operate with clarity, rhythm, and consistency across priorities, commitments, and communications. The role is designed for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments where alignment, follow-through, and operational discipline are critical to success. You will not own strategy, but you will be instrumental in making sure strategy is executed effectively. Acting as a connective layer across teams, you will reduce friction, surface risks early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a highly visible role where your work directly improves leadership effectiveness and organizational execution.
- Maintain and drive operational cadence across senior leadership, including staff meetings, leadership syncs, and recurring business reviews.
- Track action items, commitments, and dependencies across teams, ensuring follow-through and timely escalation of blockers.
- Coordinate organizational workflows such as onboarding tracking, open roles, and key initiative progress across supported leaders.
- Develop leadership communications, including agendas, town halls, and executive updates, synthesizing inputs into clear and structured messaging.
- Support SOW and vendor lifecycle management, including tracking deliverables, milestones, and execution risks.
- Act as a coordination hub between go-to-market, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
- Maintain visibility into cross-functional priorities and help ensure leadership focus is translated into execution across teams.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, program management, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership support roles in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to operate across complex, cross-functional organizations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials and presentations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured action plans.
- Experience working across both technical and go-to-market teams in fast-paced, distributed environments.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on execution and accountability.
- Comfortable working across time zones and supporting globally distributed leadership teams.
