Distribution Channel Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Distribution Channel Manager in United States.

This role is a key driver of channel expansion across distributor ecosystems, focused on accelerating revenue growth and market penetration through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for building and scaling high-impact distributor relationships, enabling partner success, and driving joint go-to-market execution across the AMER region. The position combines strategic account management, sales enablement, and pipeline development in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams as well as external distributor stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Global Distribution leadership team. It requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute at both strategic and operational levels. The role is fully remote within the United States and offers significant ownership of growth outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key AMER distributors, serving as the primary point of contact across sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Establish structured joint planning cadences with distributors to drive pipeline generation, deal registration, forecasting, and partner readiness.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners through distributor ecosystems, building scalable onboarding and revenue acceleration frameworks.
  • Deliver enablement programs, training sessions, and sales plays to distributor teams to improve positioning, differentiation, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and executive briefings.
  • Monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, and partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights and business reviews to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, and growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or distributor-focused roles within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and managing distributor or partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets, MSP ecosystems, and distribution-led go-to-market models.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and enable channel partners from onboarding through revenue generation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate technical value into clear business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with joint sales planning, pipeline management, and channel performance reporting.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings range of $200,000 to $225,000 (60/40 split) plus equity.
  • Fully remote work environment with long-standing remote-first culture.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution regardless of employee participation.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
  • Home office support stipend and annual professional development allowance.
  • Stock options available for all full-time employees.
  • Access to coaching and professional growth platforms to support career development.
