- Drive market share growth by identifying, targeting, and converting competitive and high-potential accounts across assigned territories and procedure segments.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to unlock incremental revenue opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Provide technical and product expertise to support sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and customer education initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and partner organizations to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to align field execution with broader strategic objectives and operational priorities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend process or product improvements.
- Lead or contribute to complex projects, mentor junior colleagues when needed, and support the implementation of innovative business initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between commercial teams, technical specialists, and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, in business development, sales, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in strategic account development, market expansion, and consultative selling methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence decision-making, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide technical or scientific product guidance to customers and internal sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, or technology-driven environments is highly preferred.
