Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager - Platform Infrastructure

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager - Platform Infrastructure in United States.

In this role, you will define and lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a highly technical platform infrastructure used by developers and enterprise engineering teams at scale. You will translate complex distributed systems, performance architecture, and global reliability capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers. Acting as a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership, you will influence roadmap direction while shaping how the platform is understood and adopted in the market. This is a senior, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will own critical launches, drive technical storytelling, and enable sales and solutions teams with compelling, accurate messaging. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and deeply technical, requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for platform infrastructure capabilities including scalability, performance, connectivity, replication, and distributed compute.
  • Define and evolve technical narratives that explain how the platform operates at scale for developers, architects, and engineering leaders.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, product launches, and campaign execution for infrastructure-related capabilities and releases.
  • Develop high-quality technical marketing content including solution briefs, web pages, blogs, decks, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical innovations into market-ready messaging and positioning.
  • Enable sales and solutions engineering teams with narrative frameworks, competitive positioning, and objection handling tools.
  • Influence product direction through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent storytelling across product, marketing, and developer-facing channels.
  • Support the definition and evolution of platform narratives, including core concepts and architectural positioning.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, ideally for infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products.
  • Proven ability to market highly technical products to developers, platform engineers, and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong track record of owning end-to-end product marketing strategy, including messaging, launches, and GTM execution.
  • Ability to translate complex distributed systems and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams in fast-paced, technical environments.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and go-to-market decisions at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to incorporate market, customer, and competitive insights into strategy.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with high autonomy and ownership.
  • Preferred: experience in developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $185,000 – $230,000 USD annually.
  • Eligibility for equity participation in the company’s long-term incentive plan.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer support.
  • Unlimited PTO plus paid holidays and additional floating holidays.
  • Generous remote-friendly work setup with home office, internet, and equipment stipends.
  • Learning and development support, including professional memberships and training resources.
  • Wellness and mental health benefits, including access to Calm subscription and wellbeing programs.
  • Additional lifestyle perks such as work-from-home meals and annual enrichment allowances.
  • Opportunity to work on foundational infrastructure powering large-scale developer systems globally.
