Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage regional sales activities across assigned territories, driving revenue growth within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers to maximize performance and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, program coordination, and account expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and technical teams to support product positioning, roadmap discussions, and customer success initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics to support decision-making and territory planning.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and effective issue resolution across all stages of the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor or technology product sales with a strong track record of achieving business growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales or technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with executives and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel as required to support regional business objectives and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of regional customers, distribution channels, and market dynamics is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting and developing sales professionals is considered a strong advantage.
