This role sits at the heart of strategic execution within a fast-scaling global technology organization, working directly with the CTO and founding leadership to drive high-impact initiatives across product, engineering, and business operations. You will act as a key partner in shaping priorities, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and translating strategic vision into structured execution plans. The role combines elements of program management, strategy, and operational leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be exposed to critical decision-making processes, from product innovation to organizational planning and performance tracking. Acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, you will help ensure the right initiatives are prioritized and executed at the right time. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across the business and direct impact on company-wide outcomes.
- Partner directly with the CTO and senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Operations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Act as a strategic sounding board for leadership, helping evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, and define execution pathways.
- Support decision-making through data analysis, insights generation, and recommendation of actionable strategies.
- Coordinate communication efforts including board updates, leadership presentations, town halls, reports, and strategic documents.
- Manage operational rhythms such as planning cycles, reviews, and tracking of key organizational priorities.
- Identify areas of improvement across processes and proactively drive solutions to enhance efficiency and execution.
- 6+ years of experience in a high-growth tech, startup, consulting, or strategic operations environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and program management capabilities with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Ability to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and adaptability across diverse problem statements.
- Experience in strategy, business operations, product operations, or founder’s office roles is highly preferred.
