Description:
Record a running score and time, manually or electronically, for various sports leagues/tournaments.

DUTIES:

1. Keep a recorded book of the running score, fouls and time-outs for various leagues/tournaments in accordance with sport/program rules.
2. Provide on-site operational support for leagues/tournaments. Manage emergencies and the overall safety of participants and spectators.
3. Handle any situations on-site that may arise such as protests, official no-shows, rule questions, inclement weather, emergencies, incidents, etc.
4. Ability to understand and interpret sport specific rules.
5. Deliver recorded book to the League Coordinator in a timely manner.

Qualification:

• Prior experience working as a scorekeeper preferred.
• Hours may include Monday-Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
• Knowledge of current rules of the sport and the ability to interpret them.
• Ability to deal with sometimes difficult individuals
• Applicants must be citizens of the United States or must present proper authorization to work in the United States. EOE
