Full Stack Developer in Sterling, Virginia at Insight Xcite

Insight Xcite is recruiting for distinct full-stack development requirements. Candidates are evaluated against the technical stack, experience, education, and location of the specific opening.

Required: at least 11 years of relevant full-stack experience; Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Java Spring, APIs, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, hands-on testing/debugging, AWS, and DevOps tools. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications. SecDevOps, Ruby on Rails to Java migration, and Infrastructure as Code are preferred.

Required: at least 11 years of professional software development and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; proficiency in both Java and C#; React, Node.js, TypeScript, .NET, cloud application development, DevOps pipelines/release management, scripting, Windows and Linux development, and SQL/relational databases including SSMS. Work includes cloud architecture, stakeholder requirements, technical documentation, and applications spanning disconnected or restricted environments.

This requirement supports software engineering and application development. Experience should cover all or most of: Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, Java 8+, Spring Framework/Security, REST services, databases, Tomcat/Node.js/SSL troubleshooting, JUnit/Jasmine and Jest/Karma testing, and Git/Jenkins/Nexus. Required experience also includes Agile software delivery, design, requirements translation, and schedule/deliverable coordination. After-hours on-call support is part of the work. Customer level will be confirmed for the specific requirement.

Compensation depends on experience, technical qualifications, and the applicable customer requirement. Each track has separate qualification requirements.
