The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The LMS Analyst I supports the day-to-day administration and operation of the Epic Learning Management System (LMS) across RWJBarnabas Health. This position assists learners and internal teams with LMS questions, troubleshooting, course and curriculum setup, account maintenance, and other activities that support enterprise learning and training.

Working closely with other LMS Analysts and Training Leadership, the LMS Analyst I helps maintain accurate LMS information, resolves basic technical issues, and ensures learners receive timely and effective support.

• Providing day-to-day support for learners using the Epic Learning Management System (LMS)
• Researching and troubleshooting basic LMS functionality, access, account, and learner issues
• Building and maintaining LMS courses, curricula, learner accounts, and related system components
• Managing and resolving LMS support tickets through ServiceNow
• Communicating LMS issues, updates, and resolutions with team members and customers
• Investigating problems, identifying potential causes, and escalating complex LMS issues when appropriate
• Partnering with senior LMS Analysts and Training Leadership to resolve more advanced issues
• Supporting LMS changes and updates while ensuring work is completed accurately and within established deadlines
• Maintaining accurate LMS information and following established processes and procedures
• Participating in training and professional development to strengthen LMS and technical knowledge

• Associate’s degree with 1+ years of related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Learning Management System (LMS) experience
• Experience supporting or administering an LMS
• Experience with Epic Learning Management System
• Experience with ServiceNow or another IT service management/ticketing platform
• Experience troubleshooting learner accounts, courses, curricula, or other LMS functionality
• Healthcare, training, education, or IT application support experience
