ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Coordinator provides organized, confidential, and responsive administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This position partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, managers, and company leadership to maintain accurate records, coordinate onboarding, respond to routine employee requests, and support consistent compliance practices across Advantixx-operated companies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation schedules, required documents, and follow-up tasks.

• Maintain accurate personnel files, employee data, status changes, and HR trackers.

• Support recruiting coordination, interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment steps.

• Assist with benefits, leave, payroll, training, and policy-administration requests.

• Track deadlines, licenses, acknowledgments, and recurring compliance requirements.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and confidential HR documentation.

• Escalate sensitive matters promptly and protect employee and company information.

• Perform other reasonable HR and administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• One or more years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or office experience preferred.

• Strong organization, follow-through, writing, and customer-service skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.

• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, and manage competing priorities accurately.
