You will be responsible for guiding engineers through execution, ensuring strong delivery standards, and maintaining alignment between technical decisions and business outcomes. The position requires a balance of leadership, technical oversight, and operational discipline, with a strong emphasis on estimation accuracy, delivery efficiency, and engineering excellence. You will play a key role in removing blockers, improving team performance, and ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and predictable timelines. - Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure engineering profitability through accurate estimation, resource allocation, and utilization tracking.
- Maintain delivery performance by proactively removing blockers and escalating technical issues when needed.
- Oversee project reporting, including estimation deviations, risks, and delivery updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and engineering standards across all deliverables.
- Support onboarding, certification tracking, and continuous development of team members.
- Drive delivery efficiency by maintaining short cycle times for development, code review, and QA processes.
- Delegate tasks effectively using structured leadership frameworks and best practices.
- Participate in hiring processes and contribute to the selection of high-performing engineering talent.
- Promote accountability, communication efficiency, and operational discipline within the team.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong experience in technical leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage software engineering teams in delivery-focused environments.
- Strong experience in technical estimation, planning, and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance, security standards, and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software with minimal defects.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Experience with structured leadership and management frameworks (e.g., delegation models, team development practices).
- Familiarity with hiring methodologies and structured talent selection approaches.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
