In this role, you will transform complex operational, financial, and fleet performance data into clear, actionable insights that directly support executive decision-making and business strategy. You will work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and finance, helping to optimize fleet performance, control costs, and improve service delivery outcomes. This position requires a highly analytical mindset with strong technical fluency in data tools, automation, and modern AI-driven analytics platforms. You will develop forecasting models, build advanced dashboards, and create real-time reporting solutions that surface risks and opportunities across large-scale operations. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven role suited for a data expert who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys turning raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve forecasting models to enhance accuracy and support proactive business planning and budget management.
  • Perform deep-dive financial and operational analyses, including WIP tracking, cost variance analysis, repair classification, and exception reporting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, and trend identification across fleet performance, repair activity, and cost drivers.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms to track key operational and financial performance indicators.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines, SQL queries, and automated reporting workflows to improve scalability and efficiency of analytics processes.
  • Reconcile and integrate data across multiple systems including fleet, telematics, ERP, and analytics platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop executive-level reporting materials including presentations, charts, and visual insights for leadership and business reviews.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance predictive modeling, anomaly detection, classification, and real-time analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and account teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Provide actionable recommendations that support fleet lifecycle decisions, including retirement, replacement, and cost control strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or quantitative roles, preferably in fleet, logistics, or operations environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Query and VBA), SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or QuickSight.
  • Strong experience building forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and statistical or predictive models.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, cost driver analysis, and operational performance diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience creating executive-level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools, including LLMs (e.g., Claude), Snowflake, and predictive or anomaly detection systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with data warehousing, cross-system data reconciliation, and large-scale datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in fleet operations, logistics, or asset lifecycle management is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Full benefits package available within 30 days of employment.
  • Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life, and disability insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Unlimited vacation policy along with paid holidays and sick time.
  • Career development opportunities through structured training and learning programs.
  • Access to advanced AI, analytics, and modern data technologies in a high-impact environment.
  • Employee assistance programs, wellness resources, and 24/7 support services.
