Shipping Specialist

Essential Job Responsibilities

Our Shipping Specialists will be responsible for:

Preparing materials and packaging prescriptions as specified per business line
Answering phone calls and transferring to the appropriate department within the pharmacy
Operating a computer to ring prescriptions out of the register and create shipping labels
Shipping prescriptions using the appropriate carrier
Adding tracking information to the appropriate applications for patient notifications

Location: In-person
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM-5:00PM and Monday - Wednesday 10:00AM-6:00PM, off Thursday and Friday.

Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Effective computer and keyboarding skills
Able to operate equipment such as computers, scan guns, tablet counters, and cash registers
Ability to work weekends.
