Job Description

Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in Switzerland.

As a Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of digital workflow solutions within a highly regulated and innovation-driven industry. You will own complex end-to-end workflows, helping organizations streamline content operations through scalable platforms, intelligent automation, and data-driven processes. Working at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, commercial planning, and customer needs, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create measurable business value. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, drive workflow transformation, and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-enabled ecosystems. It is ideal for a product professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, aligning diverse stakeholders, and building scalable solutions with global impact.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage one or more end-to-end workflows, defining their vision, objectives, outcomes, and long-term value proposition.
  • Ensure workflows remain consistent, scalable, and adaptable across different markets, customer environments, and operating models.
  • Define and drive the integration of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of product initiatives.
  • Develop platform-level product capabilities that support modular configurations, enterprise scalability, and future workflow evolution.
  • Define and oversee end-to-end data flows, including data ownership, dependencies, integrations, system boundaries, and analytics requirements.
  • Partner with business analysts, solution consultants, and architecture teams to identify technical requirements and optimize solution design.
  • Establish commercialization strategies by defining value drivers, pricing structures, packaging models, and business positioning.
  • Support customer discovery, solution validation, and workflow demonstrations to ensure product decisions are aligned with market needs.
  • Use customer insights, market trends, and business objectives to prioritize initiatives and guide product strategy.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, finance, operations, and customer-facing teams to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or a comparable strategic product leadership role.
  • Proven track record of defining product strategies and successfully launching products that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of content supply chain processes, particularly within regulated industries.
  • Experience designing and managing end-to-end workflows rather than isolated product features.
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven systems, intelligent automation concepts, and agent-based workflow technologies.
  • Understanding of platform product management, infrastructure-focused product thinking, and scalable enterprise architectures.
  • Experience defining data flows, system integrations, analytics requirements, and complex operational ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear customer value propositions and business outcomes.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in pricing strategy, value realization, packaging models, business case development, and financial analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related regulated sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams without direct authority.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with regular performance and salary reviews.
  • Structured career development opportunities and clear professional growth pathways.
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work opportunities.
  • 18 business days of paid annual leave, increasing to 20 days after two years of service.
  • Paid sick leave, including both documented and non-documented absence coverage.
  • Additional paid family leave for major life events such as marriage, childbirth, or bereavement.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
  • Access to English language training and development programs.
  • Professional learning opportunities, including conferences, forums, and industry events.
  • Regular team-building activities, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Modern and fully equipped work environment with access to the tools needed for success.
