  • Develop campaign budgets and support fundraising efforts tied to pollution and public health initiatives.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, anticipate campaign needs, and proactively position the organization in key political and media moments.
  • Serve as a public-facing spokesperson when needed and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coalition partners.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of political experience, including significant issue advocacy work.
  • 5+ years of experience in people and/or project management, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and complex initiatives.
  • Strong background working with climate, environmental, or public health advocacy organizations and coalitions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-organizational partnerships and engage effectively with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, campaign planning, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, resolve conflict, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure campaign environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted representative or spokesperson in public-facing contexts.
Benefits:
  • Competitive, transparent salary structure tied to years of experience, with a range from $175,100 to $209,090 annually depending on level.
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, with partial coverage for dependents.
  • Unlimited PTO, including structured extended breaks throughout the year.
  • 401(k) plan with 5% employer match.
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility across the United States.
  • Additional stipends and support, including tech allowance, cell phone stipend, home office setup funds, and wellness-related benefits.
  • Education support, including student loan repayment assistance.
  • Sabbatical leave and employee assistance programs for long-term well-being.
