You will help ensure that every financial transaction is accurate, traceable, and auditable across the full claim lifecycle, supporting critical systems used by major insurance and logistics organizations. • Improve system performance and reliability across distributed infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and implementing long-term technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business and financial requirements into robust technical implementations.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards, and continuous improvements across the engineering stack in an Agile environment.
  • Support ongoing platform evolution by enhancing configurability, monitoring system health, and proactively addressing operational risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience in production environments.
  • Strong experience designing APIs, relational database schemas, and performant SQL queries.
  • Proficiency with modern web technologies, ideally including React and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
  • Deep understanding of system scalability, distributed architecture, and server-side performance optimization.
  • Experience working with data-intensive or financial systems requiring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in technical teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $135,000 – $165,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • HSA contributions for eligible health plans
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company-observed holidays
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance and additional voluntary benefit options
  • Employee assistance and wellness programs
  • Flexible remote work environment with career development opportunities
  • Learning support, mentorship, and internal growth pathways
