MAF is looking for an energetic person for the position of Title Admin located in our Clearwater, FL corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. No experience required.
Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Clearwater, FL 33762
Pay range: $16 starting pay

What You'll Do:
- Title Audits
- Communicate with various state and county DMV agencies as well as auto auctions
- Interact with dealers including follow up and spot-checking pending title work
- Notate all new contracts with status of any missing titles based on MAF standards
- Heavy Data Entry
- Timely process paid out accounts
What You Need:
- Great customer service skills, handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Problem solver
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
