GIS Program Manager-Richmond VA-Hybrid in Richmond, Virginia at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager – Data & GIS Governance to lead enterprise data governance, GIS governance, and master data management initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, well-managed data assets that support business operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise data governance, data lifecycle management, data quality, and ArcGIS.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support enterprise data governance and stewardship initiatives.

Manage master data, metadata, and data lifecycle processes.

Develop and implement data quality improvement and remediation strategies.

Establish governance standards, documentation, and data classification practices.

Support GIS governance and ArcGIS platform administration and integration.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data policies and priorities.

Create governance documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.

Drive adoption of modern data management tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data management.

Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives in large organizations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of ArcGIS platform experience.

5+ years of Safe Software FME experience.
