The Impact You'll Have As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll drive employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract, engage, and convert top talent. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, HR, and business leaders, you'll bring our Employee Value Proposition to life through compelling campaigns, digital content, talent stories, social media, recruitment marketing materials, platform optimization, and memorable candidate-facing experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy by leveraging market insights, campaign performance data, and emerging talent trends to help evolve and strengthen our employer brand. Working alongside the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand and Contingent Workforce Program, you'll contribute ideas, recommendations, and innovative approaches that elevate our brand, enhance candidate engagement, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
  • Advance employer brand and recruitment marketing priorities that strengthen awareness, engagement, and conversion for targeted talent audiences.
  • Build alignment across Talent Acquisition and cross-functional partners to ensure candidate-facing brand experiences are clear, consistent, and connected to workforce needs.
  • Use performance insights, market perspective, and stakeholder feedback to inform employer brand priorities, optimize recruitment marketing effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
How You'll Do It
  • Execute employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert priority talent audiences while supporting broader Talent Acquisition goals.
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver aligned candidate-facing brand solutions.
  • Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and content including messaging, social media, recruitment collateral, talent stories, event marketing, and other materials that bring the employee value proposition to life.
  • Manage and optimize employer brand channels and platforms such as career sites, job boards, social media, review platforms, and related digital tools to improve visibility and candidate experience.
  • Use data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness, identify improvements, support recommendations, and advance continuous improvement of employer brand efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of related Talent Acquisition professional experience.
  • Bachelors degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, branding, communications, business, human resources, or related field; marketing, branding, or communications preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal partners, adapt messaging for different audiences, and influence stakeholders through sound recommendations and brand-aligned guidance.
  • Prior experience analyzing campaigns, channels, labor markets, and candidate engagement data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and move work forward independently while coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employer brand strategy, employee value proposition activation, candidate personas, content planning, digital marketing, social media, and talent attraction channels.
  • Experience developing campaign plans, interpreting performance metrics, using market or engagement data, and translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Knowledge of labor markets, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of video production.

Role Designation Hybrid

Role designation definition:

  • Teleworking is working full time remote.
  • Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.
  • Onsite is full-time onsite.

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.

Compensation and Benefits $68,900.00 - $91,300.00 - $113,700.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
