The Concept
Guests wander a reimagined Italian piazza, watching chefs cook fresh dishes across regional stations — house-made pastas, wood-fired dishes, a full bar program, and a bakery pouring out 16 flavors of gelato. Five dining rooms, one seamless guest experience. As restaurant manager, you're the one who makes all of that chaos look effortless.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years as a restaurant manager or service manager in high-volume operations
- Full-service background - upscale casual to fine dining
- Strong grasp of staffing, training, kitchen ops, and P&L
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- A restaurant manager who genuinely loves developing a team, not just running one
