Dick's Steak and Oyster is looking for experienced Upscale and Fine Dining Bartenders! Dick's Steak and Oyster is a from Scratch, Fine Dining, Steak Joint with Locally sourced Prime Beef, Wagyu Beef, Flown in Fresh Oysters, Desserts made in house, a 200+ bottle wine list and hand crafted cocktail bar! We are looking for high energy, positive, team oriented Bartender with knowledge of fine wine, spirits, cocktail execution, and have remarkable capability to connect with people.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant.

Wine and Spirit knowledge

Pace & Stamina: Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple duties simultaneously including building craft cocktails, managing the balance between the bar top and service well.

Communication: Clear verbal communication with fellow team members

Teamwork: Dependable team-player attitude, with an every guest is everyone's responsibility mind frame!
