Aqua Green Hospitality Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our high quality and cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Pay: $15.25 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect completed guest rooms, suites, and public areas to guarantee quality and resort standards.
- Verify that rooms are fully guest-ready, reporting and tracking any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Maintain daily inspection logs and communicate room status updates to management.
- Support the housekeeping team during high-volume periods, including assisting with room preparation or supply delivery when needed.
- Monitor linen closets, supply levels, and cart organization across assigned floors/sections.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Inspector, Housekeeping Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a hotel or resort required.
Teamwork: Strong team player with good communication and leadership capabilities.
Attention to Detail: Eye for cleanliness, organization, and guest safety.
Languages: English required; being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (not required).
Logistics: Must have reliable transportation and open availability (including weekends and holidays).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and stair climbing throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
