Location: Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center (HICHC) Hilo
Starting Pay: $24.09/hour (compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Join HICHC and help expand access to affordable medications across Hawaiʻi Island. We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and mission-driven 340B Analyst to support our 340B Program through compliance monitoring, data analysis, inventory management, and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with 340B program regulations and organizational policies.
• Analyze program data, trends, savings, and performance metrics.
• Audit prescriptions, claims, and inventory to maintain program integrity.
• Support contract pharmacy, entity-owned pharmacy, and clinic medication operations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Help eligible patients access affordable medications and support services.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of 340B Specialist or related healthcare experience.
• 1-3 years of 340B, healthcare operations, analytics, or data experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of HRSA and 340B regulations.
• Apexus 340B University Certificate.
• Valid Hawaiʻi driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• FQHC experience.
• Epic reporting certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
