Allen of Monroe is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Body Shop Assistant.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep our busy collision center running smoothly.

• Assist body shop technicians with daily operations.

• Move and organize vehicles throughout the shop and lot.

• Help with vehicle disassembly and reassembly as needed.

• Clean and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.

• Assist with parts organization and inventory.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Support the Body Shop Manager and technicians with general shop duties.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required.
