If so, Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented team leader to join us as a Supervisor in our Title & Registration department. In this role, the Supervisor will be responsible for leading a skilled team of Title & Registration Associates, handling escalations, and helping support the growth of the department. A successful Supervisor will excel at balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, adjusting workflows as business needs evolve while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. This leader must be organized, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and able to multitask while managing transactions for one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States.

Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Compensation starting at $60,000 plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive package of competitive company benefits.

Requirements:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage a high performing team responsible for processing title & registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction status, documentation needs and timelines
  • Maintain expert knowledge of State and Local title & registration rules, regulations, and processes and build internal reference materials
  • Maintain working relationships with outside vendors, including but not limited to tag agents, electronic processors, and State and local agencies
  • Complete title & registration transactions using Auto Driveaway’s technology tools and system integrations
  • Assist with training and supporting team members
  • Lead by example, demonstrating flexibility in responding to changing priorities, business demands and regulatory requirements
  • Develop technology tools to improve efficiency, profitably, and transaction throughput
  • Quickly learn new processes and systems
  • Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College degree required
  • 3+ years of experience processing title & registration transactions required
  • Background and experience dealing with the Department of Motor Vehicles required, multiple jurisdictions strongly preferred
  • Proficiency completing title & registration transactions for business/commercial customers required
  • Knowledge of State vehicle licensing and titling rules and regulations
  • Direct experience in automotive or transportation industries
  • Strong people leadership abilities, comfortable embracing change and building a positive team culture
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and drive for achieving results, and responsive to tight deadlines
  • Passionate about customer experience and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Working knowledge of process development, operational excellence, and capacity planning
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
