Lead the way with strategic vision and impactAs a Senior Project Manager specializing in civil engineering and land development, you will oversee large-scale site design projects from conception to completion throughout the Richmond area. Your role will involve empowering your team, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of the communities where you live and work. About the RoleBohler’s Richmond office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across the region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development, from feasibility and design to permitting and construction support, driving results that exceed client expectations and foster long-term growth. - Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
- Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
- Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums
- Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence
- Champion business development efforts to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 15+ years of land development and site design experience
- At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience
- Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
- Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills
