Enterprise Sales Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director based in United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader to drive enterprise growth within a fast-paced cloud technology environment.
You will be responsible for building strong executive relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing client partnerships.
The position combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and collaboration with technology partners to deliver impactful solutions.
You will help organizations modernize their technology platforms by guiding them toward cloud-based transformation strategies.
This role requires a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, influence senior decision-makers, and exceed revenue targets.
Working with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping customer success and accelerating business growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute territory and industry-based sales strategies to drive growth across cloud technology solutions and services.
  • Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key business stakeholders through prospecting, referrals, marketing opportunities, and account expansion.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution development, proposal creation, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners and field sales ecosystems to generate joint selling opportunities.
  • Understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges to position tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value and return on investment.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular CRM updates.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, including bookings, revenue, and margin objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to create compelling proposals aligned with client needs and long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions across service areas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping shape cloud adoption strategies and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Support marketing initiatives through customer references, case studies, and partnership activities.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by sharing account insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; MBA is considered a plus.
  • 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with complex solution selling, strategic accounts, or technology services.
  • Proven success selling cloud solutions, technical services, or consulting engagements to enterprise customers.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft technology services and solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles, build executive relationships, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Strong strategic account planning, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Experience selling through partner or channel-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud transformation, digital modernization, and technology consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to navigate complex conversations, address challenges, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
