Marketing Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Novir, LLC

The Marketing Associate will support Novir's growth strategy by generating and nurturing qualified leads, maintaining accurate marketing and prospect data, and planning and coordinating trade shows and industry events.

This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to identify prospective customers, develop meaningful engagement throughout the buyer journey, and ensure Novir is represented professionally and consistently at industry events.

The ideal candidate is a get-it-done marketer who can manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to details, and take ownership of projects from planning through execution.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Support the development and execution of lead-generation campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and other channels.
• Research target markets, organizations, and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and ensure contact and company information is accurate and up to date.
• Support outbound prospecting initiatives.

Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation

• Develop and execute lead-nurturing campaigns that move prospects through the customer journey.
• Create and coordinate email communications, follow-up campaigns, and other touchpoints designed to keep Novir top of mind.
• Segment prospects and customers based on industry, business needs, engagement, and stage in the sales process.
• Monitor engagement and follow up on marketing activity to identify opportunities for outreach.
• Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in HubSpot.
• Track lead progression and help identify opportunities to improve conversion from marketing engagement to customer onboarding.
• Support reporting on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.

Trade Show & Event Planning

• Own the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain the annual trade show and event calendar, including deadlines, budgets, sponsorships, registrations, and logistics.
• Coordinate booth reservations, sponsorships, shipping, promotional materials, signage, collateral, and other event needs.
• Coordinate pre-event marketing campaigns, including email outreach and social promotion.
• Manage onsite logistics and ensure a professional and consistent Novir presence.
• Coordinate post-event follow-up, including lead entry, lead assignment, nurturing campaigns, and reporting.
• Track event ROI.

Marketing Support

• Assist with development and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and digital content.
• Support Novir's social media and email marketing initiatives.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as the business grows.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, event marketing, or a related role.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign and event performance.
