As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will help drive scalable business growth by transforming sales data into actionable insights and effective operational strategies. You will work closely with sales leadership to improve forecasting, monitor performance, and optimize team productivity across the revenue organization. Through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and structured experimentation, you will identify opportunities to strengthen sales effectiveness and support better decision-making. You will also streamline administrative processes and leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, you will help establish scalable systems and processes that support evolving business needs. - Sales leadership and strategic support: Partner with sales leaders to provide data-driven insights, forecasting assistance, and performance analysis that inform strategic decisions and support revenue growth.
- Performance monitoring and reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators to track sales attainment, individual and team productivity, and pipeline health.
- Sales productivity optimization: Create analytical frameworks and practical tools that help sales representatives prioritize high-value activities, focus on the most promising accounts, and improve efficiency throughout the sales funnel.
- Sales operations administration: Support and streamline territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM data management to reduce administrative workloads and maintain accurate reporting.
- Experimentation and performance insights: Design and analyze A/B tests, pilot programs, and cohort analyses to evaluate sales strategies, incentive structures, and process improvements.
- Scalable processes and systems: Build repeatable reporting structures, dashboards, and operational workflows that support the effective management of larger and more complex sales teams.
- Operational excellence: Identify process bottlenecks, assess workflow inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance sales effectiveness, productivity, and market coverage.
- Data analysis and modeling: Extract, transform, analyze, and model data to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and generate actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- AI and automation initiatives: Apply AI-powered tools and automation technologies to streamline reporting, improve analytical workflows, and scale the delivery of business insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other relevant teams to align revenue operations initiatives with broader organizational priorities.
- Continuous improvement: Communicate findings clearly, promote accountability through performance reporting, and recommend data-backed initiatives that improve sales processes and business outcomes.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a highly analytical role within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business analysis, or a similar function.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or Looker, including the ability to create effective, decision-oriented dashboards.
- Possess expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis techniques.
- Have strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including report generation, dashboard creation, and sales data management.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity, streamline operational processes, or scale reporting and analytical insights.
- Possess a strong understanding of sales processes, revenue performance metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales productivity measurement.
- Have solid analytical and technical skills, including the ability to query, transform, organize, and model data to support business decisions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively, translating data into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect analytical insights to business objectives.
- Be capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, prioritizing competing demands, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and modeling is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.
- Be willing to travel occasionally as required, approximately 2–5 times per year.
- Competitive compensation: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
