Now Hiring for Our New Outpatient Therapy Clinic Opening October 2026

Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional performance
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a new outpatient therapy program through teamwork and patient-centered service
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
