Job Description:
Implements and coordinates aspects of the patient''s plan of care to include verbal communication with key players - patient/family, interdisciplinary team members, providers, community resources constituents, etc. in a timely manner. Provides education/instruction to patient/family regarding coordination of elements of outlined plan of care. Represents University Medical Center of El Paso and Texas Tech in a professional manner. Performs secretarial/clerical duties to support overall daily operations and reporting goals in assigned area.

8. Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling.
9. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Required Experience:
A. Work Experience:
Two years of general office experience. Medical office environment preferred.
B. Education and Training:
High School diploma required. Associates degree in Human Services preferred.
Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent a plus, but not required.
