Job Description
Must have current residency in the Greater Knoxville, TN area for project work on existing buildings throughout the region. A valid driver's license is required, and commercial roofing experience in a Foreman, Lead, or Service Technician role is preferred.

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Foreman to join our dynamic Service Department.
PurposeHands-on, customer-focused professional responsible for surveying existing roof conditions, investigating and diagnosing leaks, providing accurate cost estimates for small-scope repair work, and performing warranted repairs on a variety of commercial roofing systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Perform routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties.
- Diagnose and perform leak repairs on commercial and industrial roofing systems.
- Lead and train assigned helper(s) in proper repair techniques and small-scope construction activities.
- Work on a variety of commercial roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, and other low-slope roofing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and completed work.
- Represent Nations Roof professionally and interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in an honest, ethical, and respectful manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Commercial roofing experience with BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
- Experience leading and training helpers in a small team environment.
- Ability to identify and solve technical roofing application and repair issues.
- Strong attention to detail with daily reporting and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn and utilize company software and technology.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Nashville area and surrounding communities as required.
- 5+ years of commercial roofing production, service, or supervision experience.
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish).
- Experience estimating and quoting roofing repairs.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $30+ hr (based on knowledge and experience).
