Senior Plumbing Estimator in Pineville, North Carolina at SST Direct

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates, managing bid schedules, reviewing drawings/specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers throughout the bidding process.

📍 Location: Pineville, NC
💰 Pay Range: $85K - $100K
🕒 Shift: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm
🕒 Weekly Hours: FT

• Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects
• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and project documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage
• Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software
• Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations
• Maintain communication with project managers, general contractors, and owners
• Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends

Qualifications:

• Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects
• Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing
