About the role
We are looking for a Campaign Executive to support the execution of influencer and creator-led campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with creators and clients. You will work closely with internal teams, creators, and brand partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on target.
What you'll do
Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
1. Campaign Execution
- Assist in end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across creators and internal teams
- Ensure campaign requirements, briefs, and brand guidelines are clearly communicated
2. Creator Coordination
- Source and recommend relevant creators based on campaign objectives
- Support outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day creator communication
- Track deliverables and ensure timely submission of content
3. Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, conversions)
- Assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights
- Identify opportunities to optimize content and performance
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with creators, clients, and internal teams
- Provide regular campaign updates and flag risks proactively
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or campaign management
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture
- Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack, Notion, or Jibble is a plus
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Makati office)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience working with creators or talent agencies
- Experience preparing campaign reports and analyzing performance data
- Background in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
