Position Summary

Saint Anthony Hospital seeks a Development Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the Saint Anthony Hospital Foundation team.

Essential Functions

Reporting directly to the VP of External Affairs and Philanthropy, and supporting the Foundation AVP, the Development Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Provides administrative support to the VP of External Affairs and Philanthropy and Foundation team including scheduling meetings and tours, creating briefing materials, performing ongoing research and prospecting;
  • Manages tracking of fundraising and campaign priorities to ensure deadlines are met, including any meeting follow-ups, requests for information, projects, etc.;
  • Manages all aspects of gift/contribution tracking: promptly acknowledges pledges and gifts; accurately enters pledges, payments, and related adjustments in donor software, Raisers Edge; Provide integral data support within Raisers Edge, including donor record creation and upkeep
  • Compiles, extracts, analyzes, manages, and reports both quantitative and qualitative data and metrics to support the work of the department
  • Maintains electronic and paper filing systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or a minimum of one year of research work and/or of administrative experience supporting senior level management, managing critical data, and preparing written reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and efficiency
  • Strong proficiency in data management tools: Fluency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in CRM systems preferred; Able to learn new technical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
