What you’ll do:

• Build trust with homeowners by providing clear communication, expert guidance, and long-term HVAC solutions, not just installations.
• Install indoor and outdoor units, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers up to code.
• Fabricate, and install ductwork and fittings, perform wiring, and ensure proper charging and airflow for optimal system performance
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by recommending system upgrades or preventative services.
• Create accurate estimates and invoices using Service Titan while clearly explaining services to customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices and enhance customer experience.

Work Location:

In person- Charlotte

• 3+ years of residential HVAC Install experience working in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• NATE Certification (preferred).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
• Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in harsh environments.
