Job Description
Technician
Triosim Corporation | Fairburn, GA | Full-Time, On-Site
Don’t just fix it — master it. Triosim is looking for a hands-on Technician who goes beyond basic part replacement and repair. We need someone who digs into why equipment fails, documents what they find, and delivers repairs that last. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Fairburn, GA facility, responsible for the repair and restoration of industrial equipment used in manufacturing, with a strong focus on reliability and long-term performance.
This role goes beyond basic part replacement and requires detailed disassembly, failure analysis, and critical thinking to identify root causes and ensure effective, lasting repairs. The Repair Technician will perform hands-on maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of equipment, ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to improve processes and support efficient workflow while adhering to established operational procedures and timelines.
Essential Responsibilities – What you will do.
• Diagnosing equipment issues through inspection, testing, and teardown
• Document findings from disassembly and failure investigations
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored
• Follow established SOPs for all repair, inspection, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace in accordance with 5S principles
• Ensure completed work meets internal quality and reliability standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on system performance and potential enhancements

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams with ease
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting challenges
