Location: Hybrid (Golden, CO)
Travel: ˜20% (4-5 days/month)
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
About The Role
Good Times is on the hunt for a Brand Marketing Manager who can bring the fun and the fundamentals. We're a Colorado-native brand known for all-natural burgers, frozen custard, and a bright, playful personality — but behind the scenes, we're a restaurant business that runs on smart decisions, strong execution, and data-driven insights.
This role owns the Good Times brand end-to-end: strategy, storytelling, digital platforms, analytics, campaigns, LTOs, and in-market execution. You'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Marketing and collaborate with creative partners, operators, and cross-functional teams to make Good Times the most crave-worthy, smile-inducing brand in Colorado.

What You'll Do
- Shape and evolve the Good Times brand — fun, bright, Colorado-native, and unmistakably “us.”
- Lead campaigns, LTO launches, and seasonal promotions from brief through recap.
- Analyze performance across sales mix, traffic, check, dayparts, LTO results, loyalty/email metrics, digital campaigns, and third-party delivery.
- Build simple reports and dashboards to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Own the social media strategy and guide content creation with the Social Media Specialist.
- Support digital platforms including email, CRM, loyalty, app, CMS/website, and social scheduling tools.
- Spend time in restaurants capturing content, supporting events, and understanding guest behavior.
- Build community engagement and local store marketing programs operators can activate.
- Manage agencies and vendor partners including creative, media, printers, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, Training, Recruiting, and Finance to bring the brand to life across the business.

What You'll Bring
- 3–7 years of brand marketing experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
- Strong campaign, digital, and social marketing experience
- Ability to analyze sales, menu mix, loyalty, email, web, app, delivery, and campaign performance
- Experience with email, CRM, loyalty, app, CMS, social scheduling, or digital marketing platforms
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Comfort being in restaurants and at events
- A love for food, hospitality, and a Guest-First mindset
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $75,000 - $115,000
