If you've built a reputation for producing elite numbers while maintaining integrity, we want to talk.Don't have F&I experience yet?If you're the top producer on your sales floor month after month, have leadership qualities, and are ready to take the next step in your automotive career, we're willing to invest in the right person. We can teach F&I. We can't teach drive, accountability, or the hunger to win.What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager OR
  • Consistent top-performing Sales Consultant ready to move into management
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities:

  • Structure and secure financing for customers
  • Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products

  • Deliver a seamless customer experience from delivery to funding
