Job Description
RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Tuesday–Sunday shifts that starts 3PM-11:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
- Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.
- Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
- Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting with customer service-related call.
- Be available to cover a shift in a Leads absence
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

- Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
Schedule:
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Wednesday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Sunday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Requirements:- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
- Must be available to work Saturday nights.
- Reliable means of transportation.
