Responsibilities:
As a Salaried Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting customers with their purchases, providing knowledgeable and accurate information about our wide range of vehicles.
- Turning store visitors into loyal, satisfied customers.
- Maintaining and scheduling regular customer follow-ups.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- A genuine passion for cars and a willingness to learn and develop specialized knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A proven ability to deliver top-notch customer experiences in any situation.
- A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus!
