Line Cook/Prep Cook - Nomad Rotisserie (Now Open!) in Detroit, Michigan at Anani Restaurant Group LLC

Shift: Part-Time / Evening availability required (Shifts scheduled between 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Compensation: $15.00 base + generous tip sharing

Nomad Rotisserie is a brand-new restaurant located inside Third Street Bar, from Anani Restaurant Group, founded by award-winning Detroit chef Omar Anani (Saffron De Twah). Featuring a bold, globally inspired menu centered around rotisserie cooking, this is your chance to help launch an exciting new concept from day one and be part of building a kitchen culture focused on great food, teamwork, and hospitality.

You'll be the heart of the kitchen, helping deliver fast, fresh, and consistently great food every shift.

• Run stations like rotisserie, proteins, and wrap press
• Prepare and cook menu items with speed and consistency
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and service-ready
• Stay on top of prep and ticket flow during busy service
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support the team with cleaning when needed

At Nomad, everyone pitches in. You'll also be cross-trained to help the front of house by:

• Taking guest orders
• Running food accurately and efficiently
• Creating an outstanding guest experience
