Breakfast Supervisor in Kissimmee, Florida at Kompose Boutique Resort at Theme Parks

The Breakfast Supervisor oversees all aspects of the hotel’s breakfast service, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role leads the breakfast team, manages inventory and scheduling, addresses staff and guest concerns, and maintains compliance with food-safety and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management — Maintains accurate inventory of breakfast items, beverages, smallwares, and supplies; monitors usage, reduces waste, and communicates ordering needs to management.
• Staff Leadership & Support — Handles staff concerns professionally, provides coaching, and ensures a positive, productive work environment.
• Guest Complaint Resolution — Responds promptly to guest issues, provides service recovery, and ensures concerns are documented and addressed.
• Performance Reviews — Conducts regular performance evaluations for breakfast attendants, provides feedback, and supports development plans.
• Recruiting & Onboarding — Assists with interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new breakfast team members to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Scheduling — Creates and manages weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage, compliance with labor guidelines, and efficient operations.
• Oversees daily breakfast setup, presentation, replenishment, and closing procedures.
• Ensures compliance with food-safety regulations, temperature logs, sanitation standards, and brand requirements.
• Maintains a clean, organized dining area and ensures a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborates with management and other departments to support smooth morning operations.

• Prior hospitality or food-service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work early mornings and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
